Homemade marble cheese cake



Ingredient

100g sugar,120g yogurt
Corn flour 1tspb,
Egg 3,Cheese 450g

Base-160g Digestive/Oreo/chocolate biscuit,
finely crush
60g melted butter

Recipe
Leave cream cheese at room temperature until half melt 
and add in sugar, corn flour to blend well
At low speed, add in egg one by one
Add in yogurt, make sure its not overbeat
Add in the quarterly cut Oreo,
mix well and bake at 170degree 30 to 40 mins


Weight the digestive biscuit


To mash the digestive biscuit,
leave it in a plastic bad and press by glass.
This ensure cleaniness and more convenient.


Mixed the mash biscuit well with the butter
 then pressed it onto the bake mold as shown in photo below


Press the biscuit tight so you will get a firm base


Melt the chocolate,
do not melt directly on fire,
 but filter it through a layer of boiling water,
 to avoid overcook/burnt.



Later, blend the cheese, and add on with eggs


Later, add in flour together adn blend again at low speed.


Before pour the blend cream cheese into the mold,
leave the melt chocolate on top of the digestive biscuit base.
 Then, put into oven and bake.
 Before serve, the baked cheese cake shall leave in fridge
 for at  least 4 hours.


You can see a mixture marble like cheese
 and chocolate cake.
