Ginger and Date Tea

 

Red date is well known for strengthening the functions of heart and lung.
It also help to increase blood flow and
oxygen to the brain to improve memory and promote clear thinking.
Ginger promotes perspiration and this is a way of detoxification

Ingredients

Dried dates 30~40
Ginger 1
8~9 Cups Water
 ½ Cup Honey


Recipe

1.Wash  dried dates in water twice and drain
2.In 8 cups of water, add the ginger and dates. Once it starts to boil,
 cook for 20 minutes on medium-high
3.Depending on your tastes, you can adjust the amount of sweetness with sugar or honey.
4.Drain the tea and discard the dates and ginger
Garnish the tea with a slice of a date before serving.
