Healthy Steamed Muffins


Today I made muffins using a steamer, and not an oven.
For healthier cooking I tried using grape seed oil
 instead of butter and very little sugar.



Ingredients 

150g - soft flour 
 60g - organic brown sugar 
 80ml - milk , 2 eggs
45g- grape seed oil
1 tspn - baking powder
1~2 Tbsp Walnuts,  Almond Slice

1. Sift after you mix chocolate powder with soft flour and baking powder. 
2. Add organic sugar to grape seed oil and whisk.
3. Add 2 eggs and whisk.
4.  Add milk and the sifted ingredients from step 1 and whisk one last time.
 Brush the muffin pan with some grape seed oil,
 and fill 2/3 of it with the dough.
Put it in a pre-heated steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.
 (poke the dough with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's done)
