Cantonese style 'Yin Yong'/ Beh Ger/ LaLa

It is one of the few Malaysian Eateries

 which serves Wat Tan Yin Yong, Cantonese stir fry combination of both flat and thin rice noodles in an egg sauce and complete with pickled green chillies.
This is an all-time favourite of many Malaysians.

        

 The Fried Beh Ger
(Chao Bai Guo  炒白粿)

Beh Ger isactuallya
kind of eastern style pasta made from rice flour.

This was actually the first time I tried it.

The taste was not bad, something similar to

'shanghai chao nian gao'(上海炒年糕)
