Foods to avoid by pregnancing woman


During confinement month,
pregnant woman has to avoid certain food.

Well, let's see~!!

Foods to avoid by pregnancing woman


Tuna & mackerel
(dark fish)

If possible, try to avoid over
consumption of dark fish(A fish with blue back).

Try to avoid tuna which has oily, mercury heavy metal accumulation .
What about dark fish(A fish with blue back). 
which is rich of DNA?
 dark fish also contains mercury,
 so it would be better to eat just once a week.

Aloe vera 

The properities of aloe is cold like a mung beans.
 It makes pregnant woman's energy being cold and too much intake may trigger stomachache or internal bleeding of pelvis.
If possible, avoid it during pregnancy period.


persimmon

I'll recommend to eat small servings, 
as it'll cause deficiency of iron.



 Ginger

Ginger is warm in nature , it'll cause  eczema and hives.
If  child eating hot or spicy food , can highly possiblity atopic dermatitis constitution, so please take note. When feel like puke due to pregnancy,
 try to drink tea, preferably caffaine-free tea ..



Red beans

Red beans are good for reducing swell after childbirth.
(it is good to be diuretic effect )
 however, if consume too much during pregnancy ,
the skin may become rough and may suffer indigestion.

Over consumption of red bean may cause uterus contraction
 and hormon imbalance, which increase chances of deformed child.
 Also, it will affect the nomal growth and development of fetus.



Mung beans
(green gram)

The properties of mung beans is cold. 
It can helps to reduce heat in the body,
especially those who are suffering from fever.

If your body is range as cold, then it willl become colder. 
 Also, mung beans has antiphlogistic effect, have a bad effect to fetus.


Adlai

Adlai is effective grain to edema and fatness
so it's good food for after childbirth.

However, if intake too much during pregnancy,
 it will decrease water and fat level in the body which will indirectly
 disturb fetus' growth. Also, it will cause constipation.
