I'd like to introduce a famous tofu restaurant in Hwasoon, the home of tofus.

What's unique about this restaurant is that they do not use sodden beans
 in order to keep all the nutritions and natural flavours of soy beans.

 Plus, they grind their beans twice to soften the taste of tofu without rough particles
