DeliFrance @ French bakery and café in KL

 

 

Delifrance is well-known for their bread and soups.
 Besides that, they also sell cakes and desserts.
This is where i often drop by to enjoy coffee and bread.

Delifrance is a french frozen bakery with the history of 30 years.

I heard that there are over 500 franchises in 18 countries in the world. 

 I see it even here, in Malaysia.

We just went ahead and placed orders of a cup of coffee,
 a piece of cake, and a croissant as We already had a meal and came in full.

 

Croissant

 

 you can feel crispy about it though it was frozen.

it is not that sweet and tastes clean so that

you can enjoy it along with a cup of espresso.

 

 

Le Café Gourmand

 

a concept that comprises ‘bite size’ desserts consisting of

 three mini patisseries (pastries)

macaroon, mini tarts and mini chouquettes

 

Black Forest Cake

 

. The black cherries's combination with the soft and 

fluffy dark rich chocolate sponge cake is pretty delicious.

 And the dark chocolate garnishing is a real treat too.

 

 Yoghurt Cheese Cake

 

The cake easily crumbles under the fork and it is really soft and fluffy.

 It has a layer of digestive biscuit at the bottom as the base.

 The cake has a strong yoghurt flavour.

I'm afraid that it is so sweet that I don't recommend it
 to whom loves thick cheese cake like me.
 

 

It is nice that we can experience the true taste French cuisine

at Deli France in Asia without actually visiting France.

 

But still there is another thing that there are not

 so many kinds of pastry and dessert in Malaysia Deli France

 and they don't mind updating menus like other Asian Deli France chains.

(For reference, Hongkong's DeliFrance

has become famous in Asia as a brunch cafe.)
