Marutama Ramen @ fahrenheit 88 Shopping Mall

Today, I'd like to introduce Marutama Ra-men
Restaurant in fahrenheit 88 Shopping Mall.

Marutama is well-known as a restaurant which has developed
their shops not only in Ryogoku, Tokyo and Kawaguchi, Saitama,
but also in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand
since the first Marutama restaurant in 2001.

This place is called as
basket ball ramen restaurant also.

As I see the menu, I think the prices are not cheap
considering that it's a ramen restaurant.

This Marutama Ramen's special attribute is
based on using chicken broth(stock)
different than common Japanese Ra-mens

 Basically, the Japanese Ramen
is made of pork and bones boiled.
So, i recommend the chicken broth Ramen
to people who don't like the smell of pork.

One of the shortcomings is that the noodle tastes of raw flour,
 and is lacking in springiness.

And it would be a good idea to add more various food
that would be served with ramen to the menu.

Although I looked forward to something
because it was a Japanese traditional ramen chain,
the taste left a bit to be desired.
