닭강정 Dakgangjeong (Sweet and crispy chicken)



Today, I will introduce Dak-gang-jeong
(Sweet and crispy chicken or deep-fried and glazed chicken)
which is one of popular foods in Korea.


Dak-gang-jeong is a popular dish 
which anyone can enjoy due to its spicy and sweet relish

The recipe is simeple, so try it yourself.


Ingredient

Chicken Comb 10,Onion 1(200g)
Sauce : chopped garlic 1Tsp,chopped ginger 1Tsp, put dried chili 1~2
        Sugar 1/2cup, Soy sauce 1/2cup , Water 1/2cup
         Garnish : nuts,cereal

How to make 
Sweet and crispy chicken

1. After washing Chicken Comb clearly, 
poke with fork to season it with the sauce well.

2. First, place the  layer sliced onion at the Wok then place the
 chicken wings on the top of the onion and roast them.

3. Get out the well-cooked chicken comb.
It's not clear in the picture but the oils are all gone.


4. Put the prepared sauce into the pot and then make it boil.
5.when the sauce is boiling over, boil it down after put the chicken wings in.

6.In the middle of boiling down the chicken comb, put dried chili, chopped ginger and chopped garlic and then do again with all of them together.

7.Garnish with crushed nuts and cereals on top.
