Today, I'm going to post a brief postscript to my business trip
to the city called Kota bharu, along with some photos.
The conservative city of Kota Bharu is the capital of the state of Kelantan.
Kelantan is part of a federation where an Islamic majority party is in power for many years. These Islamic influences are still clearly visible in the daily street life.
The city is situated in the north of the Peninsular Malaysia,
close to the southern Thai border. The cities at the east side of the
peninsula show a different aspect of Malaysia.
In this area the Muslim culture influences daily life in every level.
Tourists usually travel via this city to get to the tropical island of Perhentian.
Those who stay over in Kota Bharu usually visit the traditional markets,
museums and mosques. (Read more: wonderfulmalaysia.com)
This is inside of the Kota bharu airport.
The size of the airport is a little small.
when you get out from the airport ,
you can find many taxies waiting for their passengers.
For your information,
It seems like there is no cab charging in meter in kota bharu.
but, anywhere you go, there's a fixed price of each destination.
The price using a airport cab from the airport to downtown is around rm30.
This hotel is not big,
but its facilities are good and clean.
Also all staffs are kind.

It has a safe, scale, and iron.
I feel some cares for customers on business.

Then, I strolled around the neighborhood.
The market is full of many merchants
and customers although it was after 10 o'clock.
that is 10minutes walk from the hotel.
You come out of Ferdana hotel,
walk following arrows about ten minutes,
then you'll see KB Shopping Mall.
The KB Mall doesn't have as many attractions
or items as the big mall in Kuala Lumpur does.
I have finished 2 days business trip and I am in airport for returning to KL.
