Gimbab (dried seaweed rolls)


Gimbap is popular korean food.
Gimbap is often eaten during picnics or outdoor events, or as a light lunch.
many people thinks that Gimbap is similar to Japanese sushi roll.

Gimbap has a many kinds of cooking method.


The basically, Gimbap are made from steamed white rice
 and various other ingredients,
 rolled in gim(sheets of dried laver seaweed)and served in bite-size slices.  
But, today i'm going to make a Gimbap to easily, quickily and simply.


*Ingredients*

1/2paprika , 1/3carrot, 1/4onion, one table spoon garlic paste,
 slice cheese(3 pieces), 3 eggs ,gim(2 pieces)


*Recipe*

First, chop up the paprika ,carrot, onion ,cheese and mix with eggs,
add the table spoon garlic paste.
Second, take a pot, three table spoon of oil ,pour eggs and
vegetables into the pan , make a egg pan cake roll.
Third, wait for it cool down 10 minutes.
Fourth, add 2 dashes of sesame oil and 2 sprinkles of salt on the rice. Mix it well.
Fifth, Place one laver on the bamboo mat.
Put the gim on the bamboo mat and above it put the rice(spread thinly).
Sixth, Put the gim one more on the rice and put the egg roll.
Seventh, Roll it.(If the laver doesn’t stick, paste some water at the edge. )
Finally, wait 3 minutes for it stick ( be slice to neatly ), slice and serve it.
